Whether you are looking to host interviews, meetings, seminars, conferences, exhibitions, launches, training or teambuilding activities, our venues will suit groups up to 250 delegates.

We can offer overnight, en suite accommodation to your travelling guests on a B&B, half or full board basis. Over the Easter weekend and during the summer, residential accommodation is available in our Halls of Residence under our Sparsholt Holiday Lets banner.

We have a venue to suit every function. As part of an academic institution, we can also offer classrooms, a lecture theatre and sports fields for hire, in addition to our conventional venues. Our rural location with scenic views and tree lined lawns creates a restful environment. There is plenty of free parking and all our facilities are DDA compliant. Tailored packages and seasonal offers are available for both business and private functions.

If catering is required, you have a choice of refreshments, working lunches, silver service and buffet or barbecue menus from which to choose, but if you have something specific in mind, our executive chef will happily devise a menu to suit your taste and budget!
