The Apollo Hotel in Basingstoke is an ideal venue

The Hampshire Suite is the largest room seating 255 theatre
style and is suitable for a wide range of events from exhibition presentations
to product launches. It has a state-of-the-art sound system and can be
divided into 3 with inter-linking soundproofed walls. The smaller meeting
rooms and Executive Boardrooms benefit from comfortable leather chairs
and up to date facilities.
The hotel has two restaurants which offers a choice of
dining styles and menus. Vespers is a small intimate fine dining restaurant
offering superb cuisine for the more discerning palate, offering an impressive
menu which is complemented by an extensive wine list. The continental
style Brasserie offers a selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets
complemented
by an a la carte menu.
The accommodation consists of 125 bedrooms, all tastefully
refurbished to the highest standards incorporating tea/coffee making
facilities, writing desk, power shower, dressing table, trouser press,
2 telephones with Ddi lines, interactive TV's with movies and play station
games and hair dryer. The Deluxe Suites are exceptionally well equipped
with a lockable interconnecting door to study room which has a separate
toilet.
